This is a beautiful new store, but every bit as impressive as all the "sparkle" are the staff. I needed some of my jewelry cleaned and the people were so pleasant and helpful. They were happy to take the time to clean my pieces. I saw several beautiful items that caught my eye. I wil be back.

Picked out a ring online and went in store to buy. Johnathon helped me get warranty and all that fun stuff set up. Fast forward I proposed, she said yes. Amazing night. 430am we were on the way to the ER to have said ring cut off my now fiancée's finger. We were both devastated and the Dr REALLY did a number on it. 14 hours after the proposal we walk back in to Kay defeated and scared at what this was going to cost to fix or if it was even fixable. Johnathan was there and I think he could sense the gloom and dark cloud hanging over us. The fist thing he said was we can fix it. Tha kd God for the warranty! Here is the crazy part. They didn't fix it. They REPLACED it. My lovely fiancée got a brand new ring and the horror of what that Dr did to her ring is now gone!!!! Johnathan even went above and beyond when I sent her in to have the new ring sized he made sure she didn't see a price on any paper work. He even blacked it out on a paper she had to sign. I will never buy a piece of jewelry from any other store and as long as Johnathan works for Kay it will be with him. Above and beyond customer service. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Johnathan is the perfect example of what and how your shopping experience should be!!!! Thanks Johnathan and Kay Jewelers. You guys are the best!!!!💯💯💯💯

Horrible experience from the start. Not only did I have to get my ring sized which is normal. I was quoted a completely wrong time frame for my ring but said the latest is the “promise date” but I was told something completely different and had hopes that it would come when he said it would. I called two business weeks after they had it and was told “it just shipped” Not even 4 minutes later did they call me saying it was there. Very unprofessional not knowing inventory and deliveries done and no only was it there it was the wrong size. The sales person said “I have never been wrong on sizing so we will go with this” and I trusted him and it was completely wrong and my ring is now lose. I informed him that it does not fit and he said “when you get a band it will fit better.” Making it seem like it was not important at all. Overall worst experience. Do not recommend this location or sales associates. I would like to hear from someone higher up and speak to them about this matter.

Bought a ring from Kay and they said it would take 2 weeks to resize. One side of the ring where they did the resizing is lopsided. After two weeks I'd think you'd take your time and make sure the ring is even on the sides. Poor craftsmanship would not recommend.
