The end to end process of getting maintenance completed in my apartment has been so simple. Our maintenance supervisor Maynor, is great at communicating when he will arrive and he is always so pleasant and kind while completing the work. It is nice to know I can rely on this team to address any issues that may arise, in a timely and professional manner.

I did a review not so long ago about this Apartment Complex. We owned a house so I really have no clue with regards to renting. I gave a very dismal, but what I thought was an appropriate review because I did not know better. I applied to several apartments again because I need one once more. After seeing several places and dealing with apartment managements, I realized this is the best place, best people so far. The complex is well maintained and clean- everywhere, it is dog friendly and even the hallways smells great. I have been to one where the hallways smelled like dog pee. Management is where I had a revelation. The Assistant Manager Brandon Walsh is truly a great manager. He truly cares about the place and the tenants. When I dealt with him again, he solved all my problems to a T. He is actually good hearted person and very good at his job. He is very technical, but that is a nice touch most offices needs. I was very wrong about him. He really is a good guy, when I needed help. I did not see the first time I rented the place. Brandon is competent, and made my move a breeze while I was under a lot of stress. I looked at a lot of places all over the area, The Westerly at Forge is by far the BEST place to live. It is also close to everything you need - supermarket, restaurant, the train and shopping. I also feel safe in the complex, I truly do.

The Westerly at Forge Park Apartments has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team (Maynor and Paul) are excellent, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards, professionals, and a 1st class worker. Maynor listens to your needs and handles them immediately. Definitely knows what he's doing and does an excellent job. We appreciate all the great updates and repairs he has handled for our apartment. Also, the staff is very human, understanding, and compassionate.
