Hotel was empty, but despite this was told our room wasn't ready. When I asked when it would be ready, I was told they didn't know. Asked if it would be ready at 4pm, the check in time, told that they didn't know, it may be later. Complained given the hotel barely had any guests and hey presto they found us a room. Next day on check out they couldn't explain my bill to me either. Not 4 star service. Shame because the hotel itself was nice.

I continue to enjoy staying at Miramonte. I enjoy the spacious space and comfortable beds in my room. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. And all the meals have turned out really well.

Hi, we are the Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa. The winery in Temecula is not affiliated with us. We are however, offering a fantastic Valentine's Dinner on Friday, February14th if you'd like to join us!
Yes , they do have a limited amount , probably not going to appeal to most kids though. Adults will love them!
Yes, we are located directly across the street from the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort and have a golf cart shuttle that goes back and forth. We look forward to your visit!
Hi Susan, Our standard cancellation policy is 72 hours, however we do offer certain rates that include different policies. You can call our hotel front desk directly to inquire about your rate. Thank you!
Hi Julie Popp, In 1997 the resort was purchased by Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Marcus Hotels and Resorts and renovated from the Erawan Garden Hotel to Miramonte Resort & Spa.
I'm not sure but you could check there website or call the resort.. thanks for asking have a nice day..😊
The fee is $30. It includes the use of the spa's lockers, steam room, pool and hot tub as well as the hotel's big pools. There is free wifi closer to the resort, no password. They provide a robe, and towels (body and pool). They also have complimentary water and tea (no coffee) as well as fruit (I saw apples and oranges). The fee really covers a lot. They also have other items in the changing area for your use in case you forget anything at home. We ordered food while we were there which is at your own cost. The prices were on par for what you'd expect at a hotel. Other than food (and other beverages) we didn't pay anything extra.
