The wait was extremely long. The main door has signs asking to wear a mask, which is understandable. The person at the front desk said that Executive Urgent Care does not provide masks for anyone. I was told to wait outside. Being a health care facility should provide patients with masks, since they are requesting patients to wear a mask. All places that still requires the public to wear masks provide a mask when needed.

Brought my sick 2 year old here and have been waiting to be seen over 2 hours ! People are getting here after me and being seen quicker . Meanwhile my son coughs the whole time and no one even batted an eye. They definitely have there preferences here
