they could really do a better job at housekeeping. There was trash l, spider webs, and leaky shower faucets. I am not sure if Id come back

Beautiful hotel. Love the pool area. Beautiful scenery. On the main street but aways from popular tourist spots. And definitely, great service! Rooms were nice. Will come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we had a lovely golf course and Mountain View. The pros: the staff was also friendly and helpful. Our requests were immediately attended to and messaging the front desk through the app worked wonderfully. The food was great and we loved the small arcade. The comfortable bed was a huge plus as I never find hotel beds comfortable. The cons: We never could get the mobile pass to work which was annoying but not a big deal and we were hoping the pool bar would open but it stayed closed throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

The pool is kept at a constant cool temperature.
Pool bar opens up fairly early like 12:00 and stays open until around 5 PM then the indoor bar opens up and closes 10:30 ish
It's was closed the first couple of weeks in November.
I was there a week and a half ago and Cava was closed. You can still order food at the pool. Im sure room service is still open

It is due for a refresh, which they are going to be starting very soon. They will be doing a complete renovation. However, when I stayed about 2 months ago, I had a very nice room. No complaints! In would absolutely go back before the renovation is done.

Great question! The Buzz line is a free shuttle in Palm Springs. It runs between E Palm Canyon and N Palm Canyon...about 4 miles. But it is far from the attractions of Indian Wells and Palm Desert...15-30 minutes away by Uber.
