I ordered a replacement part for my Bosch refrigerator on June 22, 2022. I spoke to Justin He advised me that he had the door handle in stock. I received the part 3 days after I ordered it. He was true to his word. It gets better. I was having problems with the installation because Bosch didn’t have instructions in its manual. I called 10 minutes before closing. Justin immediately texted me the parts numbers with pictures of the screws. As a result, I was able to contact Bosch for tech help. Thanks to Justin, I was able to install the handle. Due to this wonderful experience, I’m telling all my friends to contact this iconic 80 year old Chicago Company if they need replacement parts Make sure to ask for Justin. He loves working for Midwest Appliance Parts. If the Chicago Bears hire Justin as a coach, Aaron Rodgers might not own the Bears anymore.
