Walked in the employee had gloves on and was preparing food, with the same gloves stopped what he was doing rang our order in at register took the cash never changed gloves or washed hands and went right back to preparing our food with the gloves he had just handled money with. This is terrible cross contamination on everything he has touched won’t be back. Staff needs better training.

Came Monday at 9pm. They closed even though it says 10pm on the door. They said they were understaffed even with 2 people. Whoever is managing this or in charge of workers you are doing a horrible job.

The worst service I've ever gotten from anywhere. My family and I were on vacation visiting Boston and we stop there to eat. Waisted about $100...the fries were thrown in the bag, I don't even feed my dog like that.The burger was horrible, tasteles and falling apart. You can still taste coldness of being refrigerated. The fries were saggy, oil. We mentioned that to the cook, we ended up putting everything in the garbage. JUST HORRIBLE....First and last time eating @ Five guys. I'll make sure tell all my friends and family.

Changed my rating from years ago. I went there tonight, and it was HORRIBLE. I waited 20 minutes past the online time, watched people who came in well after me get their orders first (and no, mine was not an overly large order), then my burger was COLD and completely wrong. The "regular" fries I ordered had Cajun seasoning all over them. This is absurd, and I request a refund or similar recompense.
