Positive: The price was decent which is why we stayed. Price was decent for location. Negative: No hot water for showers in my room. We had booked an accessible room on ground flr. They directed us to a 2nd floor room, I said no. They then directed us to a room with 1 bed when we reserved 2 beds. Finally got it straight. No wake upcall we requested.

I dont recomend this place at all! I reserved 2 rooms for a 1 night stay. When I checked in the lady at the desk only gave me the key to 1 room, I dont know what kind of system they use or if she didn't even look that I had 2 rooms. The rooms were supposed to be next to eachother and she gave me one room on one side and the other on the other side of the building, fine. I go to my room, on my way the hallways smell bad and the carpet is sooo dirty. I got to the room, the smell it had was too much, the AC has been there since forever, the microwave was not cleaned properly, the walls in the bathroom were dirty, the toilet paper rol was used and there were two used towels hanging on the door. I've never felt so disgusted in my life, the price was definitely not worth it at all. I went back to the front desk and wanted to cancel, she then offers me another room saying that it's better and that for sure it's clean because whoever cleans that side does a very good job (I couldn't believe she said that) and guess what? She also mentions, the other room is closer to the other room, go take a look. At that point I just want it to get out ASAP! Anyways, I ended up canceling both rooms the same day I did the check in, she said I'd get 50% refunded. They fully charged me for both rooms, I call back two days later giving the transaction some time to see if they would refund me, but when I call to my surprise in their system I NEVER CANCELED! That lady check us in the 28th and checked us out the 29th, when we canceled everything the 28th. I spent more than a week calling the hotel waiting for management to refund me, and they finally did. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! DO NOT RECOMEND!

Honestly not a bad stay. Able to accommodate at the last minute. No frills hotel. Clean room, clean sheets, surprisingly comfortable firm mattress. Shower was good with strong pressure and hot water. The towels are clean but are small. Hotel is old and dated. Carpets in the rooms can use a good shampooing or maybe just need to get rid of. Small breakfast area with good coffee.

It's, honestly, what we expected it to be - simple, cheap, a place to rest after attending a concert. Our original room had a pipe leak problem on the first night, but the staff were very understanding and accommodating and switched us to another room with no issues. Rest of stay was comfortable. Listen - we live in an apartment building, we're used to noises from other rooms so that wasn't an issue for us, either
