I came in on Sunday to practice bowling. Upon bowling my first two frames, I realized the lanes had little to no oil on them. After notifying staff about the lack of oil on the lane, I was informed that they do not oil their lanes on the weekend. I think it is unacceptable for a bowling alley to not oil their lanes on a regular basis. After the disappointing bowling session, I went to the arcade to try playing some games, but two of the machines were not reading my card/ broken. This made the experience even worse. I will not be returning back to Bowlero Shrewsbury.

Nice place, well kept. Good staff. Modern atmosphere. Everything was positive EXCEPT the PRICE. There are no posted prices, no online prices. There is a paper on the desk in a plastic bag with prices. For four of us, rented shoes and three games was $121. Crazy prices.

Fantastic, modern & well kept bowling alley with pretty good food and friendly staff. Their deals take place on every day of the week besides Saturday, so make sure you come by then for the best prices. Well worth the visit!

It’s a nice place, but we came to Shrewsbury specifically because they have a mask mandate in place. We called ahead to make sure it was being enforced and were told yes.
