Throughout the year we keep note of all vendors that might require a W-9 on file and report them to you as part of our financial reporting.At the end of the year, we complete a final review of all your vendors and provide you a detailed list of any that meet the reporting threshold. Finally, if requested, Parkway will file all your 1099 Forms and deliver them directly to your contractors. We also provide all our clients a special Subcontractor Toolkit to make it easier to request the necessary documents early in the year to avoid a mad rush before year end.
