We were on a weekend trip to Big Bear lake. We went on a Saturday at 6pm to this place. It was not busy. The service was great. Puzzle sheets were offered to our kids to keep them busy. We ordered Mountain Munchies Burger, Salisbury Steak, and Pot Roast Dinner. Mountain Munchies Burger exceeded my expectation. Lettice/avocado was very fresh and tasty. Definitely 5 stars.

They have been following safety guidelines for restaurants throughout the pandemic. Masked up, gloves, limited people waiting in the lobby, etc. They're definitely trustworthy :) and you can order ahead of time online to reduce contact even further!
Turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo on your choice of bread. My wife got it on a roll and loved it. It was very big, but came split in half and each half wrapped individually. She was able to enjoy it as 2 separate meals.
