Best gym in town! The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, the trainers and staff are always available if you need help or have a question. The facility always appears clean from the gym floors, the equipment, to the locker rooms. The staff is consistently adding new updated equipment and the machines are always in great working order. No matter who you are , I see the energy family, whether it be staff or other gym members, welcome both experienced and non experienced gym goers. I find this facility very affordable as well!

I've spent a few hundred dollars here in the few months I've been a member. Yet I've felt unwelcome and uncomfortable 90% of the time I come here. To their credit, they did stop my membership, after I expressed I wasn't willing to continue offering my money and patronage to a service based business that lacks the simple ability of making "all" of it's paying patrons feel welcome. After all, it takes more than decorating a wall to create "good vibes".
