I am very new to wood pellets just having bought my stove this past week. I went to CT Pellet to inquire about wood pellets and what to burn. I walked in and apparently there is a new owner because Juan introduced himself to me as such. I also met the old owner who apparently will still be working there to help Juan. I was really taken back by the big selection of pellets to choose from and how much information everyone who worked there had to share with me in the differences between brands of pellets. I left there feeling like I just graduated a college course on pellets. I’m never shopping anywhere else. Thank you CT Pellet!!!

First time doing business with CT Pellet and we will definitely be coming back. Pricing was fair, customer service was excellent and well worth the additional charge for delivery. They were on time (if not a few minutes early) for delivery and unloaded all 3 tons of pellets directly into the garage! Would give them 6 stars if I could.

I've been going here for years, usually 5 pallets of block wood. High quality, great price (the spring pricing is awesome), outstanding customer service. Amazing facility, very well stocked and extremely organized. This will be my first year with a pellet stove. Again, the assistance and guidance I received was top shelf! They were patient and honest with me. I left with 5 samples to try, and I expect to place a multi pallet order soon and for many years to come.
