Stay away from these guys. I called these guys when we had a backup, and the house got flooded recently. The guys came in, and did there work, however as they were bringing my stuff out to the dumpster they would actually go through the dumpster and take things they wanted for themselves. But that's not all, When I asked the Manager how much my bill would be when the job was finished, he said it would be around $5 to $6 thousand. A few weeks later my insurance company sends me a letter and advises me that they paid the ServPro bill out of my settlement of get this $9 Thousand. I called to speak to the manager and I advised him that I did not understand how the bill went from $5 to $6 thousand to $9 thousand, he gave me some BS excuse, but what can I do. I did most of the work, and they totally took advantage of me and the Insurance company.
