I waited 8 months for an appointment. When I called to confirm the day before, I was told the appointment had been canceled (without notifying me) the doctor no longer worked there and all her patients were put on hold rather than rescheduling them, and the next appointment they had was for 7 months from now.

730-10am for lab work unless is super busy... they are understaffed so the hours are "not as accurate " ... the sooner you get there, the better chance of getting in.
They do have a patient portal. Once you have been seen they will activate one for you.
No, but I do recommend that you call first to see how long is the wait.
There is no dental services.
