Apartments are in a great location considering the town. Close to the schools, fast food restaurants, and gas stations. Negative aspects are untimely repairs, tenant privacy, apartments are way overdue for a remodel, children's playground has a metal side (which seems to be unsafe for kids during the summer months), poor insulation (it's either too hot or cold), poor management and I'd suggest adding one more maintenance guy, as he can't handle all of the breakdowns and repairs himself.

Queens of Bridges

Nice location low crime low rent, only problem is management comes in without permission for updates to apartment or maintenance even though they should give 24hr notice. Not cool.
