Went in there with my husband the staff was so amazing the manager Chantrell was very professional and loving she helped us out with all our needs But it was a man came in being very rude about a hand truck whatever it was the manager was trying to explain and tried to help he was very rude and Chantrell Williams stay very professional and tried to help but the man was so rude and yelling at the young ladies at the front desk they stay very professional they was so nice and helpful I told her good job for not losing it. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Upon arriving I was greeted by Jane Williams. I clearly started I needed a ramp with my rental. And there for I proceeded and paid extra for a hand truck. When arriving at my home to load I noticed I do not have a ramp So when I came back to return Jane asked shantel Williams do the 10 foot have the ramp. Shantel said no so I asked is it ok if you refund me the hand truck because it was useless because we got the wrong truck. She flips out on me saying no you had it with a huge attitude so I said ma’am no need to yell can I have a managers name she said call whoever I HATE my job. This is not what I expected from uhaul not my first time renting but certainly my last

If I can give it -100 I will. We had a reservation for 10:30am. When we arrived at 10:40 they said that they have given the truck to another customer because we arrived 10 mins late (ridiculous, they are in the business of moving and don’t understand their customer dynamic). But this is not the worst part. The way they (associate and branch manager) treated me and my wife (customers) was like if we were a piece of s…… Never again using this branch or company.
