I called wanting to get information on diamond plate for the floor of a trailer. I was trying to explain to the sales rep what I needed and he kept interrupting me and had an attitude as if I was bothering him. When he asked me what thickness I needed and I asked him what my options were he said, “Oh my God you can’t call here and not know what you want.” Well, you sir just lost a customer. Good job guy!
