Today I ordered the same as usual a mocha frap I just don’t understand why the guy who made them today couldn’t, they both taste terrible the taste is way to chocolate I think he needs more training on how to make coffee I also ordered a Vanilla crème frap chocolate drizzle and again it was a waste. Starbucks on Kooser in San Jose 👎🏻

The ambience here rocks hard. The best seats are outside where the people are. Inside can get cramped and noisy with coffee machines. You will find cyclists of all ages and convenient places to park your cycle. Take a quiet corner seat. You can eavesdrop on interesting old folk with fairy tale lives chatting an afternoon away. Listen to moms on hiatus from their kids loudly trash talking them to their friends as you giggle into your coffee. Warm sun and cool breeze as you pay attention to the human beings living their lives. I think of Kazuo Ishiguro's quote - "There was another life that I might have had, but I am having this one." I feel grateful that I'm living this beautiful life. This is a great place to people watch and listen to real life dialogue - very important as a writer of fiction. 🤩💖

This Starbucks on Kooser and Blossom Hill has always been good. Their service and their drinks are always consistent. The staff is great; which has a lot to say about their management because it’s hard during COVID to maintain or train the right people. I’ll always be back!!!
