From my initial phone contact with Sag to the end of my two weeks staying at Royal Inn has been nothing short of awesome!!!! I travel a lot for work and usually stay at a national chain that offers rewards and boast how well they treat their guest . However, Ive never been treated so well than by Sag and his wife Ekta, the owners at Royal Inn in Hudson. They not only run the hotel front desk but are personally involved in the cleaning of each room. I must say they do an excellent job and certainly care about their guest. They are super respectful and in my opinion much better at hospitality than the national chains i so often need to stay. Great job to a wonderful family running a wonderful hotel!!!!

This place is a fantastic stop to rest of you are traveling through the North West. We are from Montana and drove out to Pennsylvania for a wedding. We have tried other motels in the area in Hudson, WI (that's our half way point when we travel to see family in PA) Iike the Super 8 and Regency Inn-but the Royal was the best by far! Fantastic customer service, and the rooms were so nice and clean and welcoming! No musty smells, silly breakfast with things most wouldn't eat, or sketchy feelings about the area. And the beds are actually COMFORTABLE! You also get to park your car right outside the room you stay in for easy access to your things! To top it all off, they offer a fantastically reasonable price. We will be staying at the Royal Inn when we drive out East from here forward 😊

The outside does have a vintage feel, which I like. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They even gave me a complementary pack of water and snacks, which I thought was a nice touch. Something you don’t find in large corporate hotel chains. My room was updated, with all the modern conveniences I would expect. The bedding was clean and smelt great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The outside doesn't look like much, but the rooms are better than OK. They have been updated with a nice-sized fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (if you want it). Not lots of room but clean and very centrally located. Definitely a good purchase for the cost!
