Went to the store to buy a new cell phone. Walked around and stood around for at least a half hour nobody even approached me although there wasn't really any employees in the store at all. Stores really small and they didn't have many products. I usually get good service at Best buy but not this one I won't be back.

No product on shelves. Went to ask someone for help and they turned and walked away before I could reach them. Had to go take a picture of the product I wanted, take to an employee, who then sent me to another counter for the product. They did have what I wanted but sure had to work for it. No decent cases for the tablet, will have to order it from a competitor.

I bought a phone and even though it had a restocking fee on a return, the phone didnt work on my plan ( i didnt really understand why, but it wasn't Best Buy's fault) and they waived the restocking fee when I returned it.( it was only a few hours later I returned it) Other than that, the employees were all kind, Understanding and helpful. Hope they get the credit they deserve!

Workers there are slow at providing service to customers. I waited 30 minutes for them to find someone with a key to open a case to get an item I wanted. Could have drove to microcenter in the time it took them to get it all sorted out.

Might be due to holiday season the employees could be on busy schedule or on vacation. Your best bet in that case might be to go to the store or try calling other store

I worked for Best Buy back in 1998 and at that time you could work there under 18. I would try applying on their website or go in the store you want to work at and get a paper application.
