Everything was fine, except that for one small but important detail. The back door glass window was replaced but they left some shards of glass inside the the door. We had to return to the store to have them removed.

The replacement was not a Honda product it is for the use in Honda autos. Although a tide fit I can tell is not original. It’s the worse service ever starting with the app that told me my car was ready and it is not and ask me to come back for calibration very dissatisfied sure will not came back

Messed up my order twice. So.... I called geico to get my windshield replaced since it was broken. Safelite scheduled me for Friday and they never showed up or called. When I called them, no answer. I called Geico and they were able to get a hold of them and they said they did not have the part, and they had to order it. (At least you could have called so I did not miss my day at work waiting for you guys here). Then, they showed up after A WEEK AND A HALF, with the WRONG one!!! Oh lord!! What a pain! I ended up using another company, "Auto Glass north Miami". Very diligent, caring and great service. Don't waste your time here.

They are REALLY good. A b*tch shot out my rear window. I was able to go the next day [they will come to you for an additional fee] the wait was about two hours. New glass with tint and electrical for rear defrost all in order. The staff is amazing!! Just go!!! * btw: comfortable waiting room for customers so if you are going to wait take your laptop, book or whatever
