Had to leave a 1 star review due to the horrible customer service on the phone, definitely not changing it after the owner tried to fight me. Edit: While I was at the dealership today dealing with the problem I encountered on the phone, and to ask some other basic questions. The owner of the dealership RAN out and interrupted me and one of his employees conversation.. He was VERY hostile and confrontational INSTANTLY, demanding to know why I put a 1 star review earlier on their page. While I tried explaining myself, he was constantly interrupting saying "that wouldn't happen" "you are lying" After explaining my case, and feeling very attacked. He called me a liar..Got in my face And told me to take my business elsewhere. So I called them a few choice words and proceeded to leave. Very rude staff and its clear why, their boss. Staff first, customers last here. I was at the dealership asking for help by the way. This is how they treat you if you don't kiss the ring!

Bought my first new car from Hiller in 2018. Absolutely a great experience. Flash forward to this week, my Cherokee had some mechanical issues (I currently live out of state) after dealing with my local dealership to try to resolve the issue I called Andrew who originally sold me the car. And let me tell you absolutely phenomenal customer service. He offered great advice and instructions on how to deal with the issue and make sure it was properly documented for the warranty. I will be traveling the 900 miles home to buy my next vehicle from them. Can’t say enough great things about the dealership and Andrew!

By far the best Jeep dealership Iv been too! I had a squeak and rattle on my car for months that multiple mechanics had no clue what it was multiple people told me my car is fine and That’s what Jeeps sound like!! I thought I was going crazy until I brought my Jeep to Hiller and they fixed everything and my Jeep has never felt so good I would recommend everyone to come here for any type of work they are amazing people!!

Brought vehicle in with chk.6 misfire and faint skip! Received vehicle(towed away) with far worse and I mean far worse Skip after head was refurbished! Your technicians are far from that... It arrived with a full tank of fuel which is now empty and a dead battery! Nice $1350 Bill which I know would've been higher had it actually been fixed! Now I need to search for Real Mechanics 😢😢
