Met with Mr Guerra after reading reviews on Google because USCIS wouldn’t recognizing my petition to remove conditions on my Greencard, as with my ex-wife we divorced after a heated argument right after reception of said card. Needless to say I felt I needed a lawyer and thanks to my record keeping and Mr Guerra’s quick and outstanding help while demonstrating professionalism and determination in his writing to USCIS for me. His letter prompted removal of my conditions without any further requests from USCIS. Again, I am very happy and thankful Mr Guerra was able to accommodated me and for his work to help me!

I worked with Luis Guerra and his wife in getting my husband approved for his green card. It was a long and challenging road. However, Luis and his wife were very supportive and made the process "manageable". They expertly guided us through a difficult process. We researched many immigration attorneys before finding Luis and his team. The key is finding an immigration attorney that is full-time, competent, experienced and specializes exclusively in immigration law. It took five years but my husband successfully got his "green card". This was successful only because Luis helped us with a large portfolio of documentation and knew exactly what to include and how to conduct ourselves at the final interview. Luis is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. Luis is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I unequivocally recommend Luis and his wife for immigration related issues. Thank you Luis and your team!!

If your husband is a legal permanent resident and you accrued unlawful presence or unlawful status you cannot adjust your status.

Hello I have a question I had lived 17 years in us but I went on vacation with my family and we had a checkpoint and they stopped me but I sign my voluntary departure and now I am in Mexico I would like to know if I can process a visa or not.

If you were illegally in the US it will be very difficult to obtain a tourist visa. You may be able to obtain a visa in the future but you most likely need a pardon

There is a difference of one letter between my last name and my daughter's (father's petitioner), how can I correct this here in the USA. Do I have 2 official documents to prove it?

You will have to make that arrangement with your country's embassy in the US.

Hello, I was detained at immigration for passing a stoppage, I lost the case and I lost it, I applied for ten years and I had to prove a year, it has been 3 years, I am in Mexico, my question is, did I get a visa or something?

Hi! You will have to have a work or family petition and also qualify for a waiver.

Good day. My mother is the daughter of a citizen, but my grandfather died 5 years ago, he did not file the papers to ask for her. My question is, can anything still be done?

It all depends on whether when his mother was born, the pope was a citizen and had (at some point in his life) lived in the United States.

I have a recent uncle in the United States, my parents died and I want a visa from my uncle, what type of visa can I have the same last name as my uncle, how long is the procedure I am 18 years old and I study (Guatemala)

Unfortunately uncle could not ask for it. The uncle can only ask brothers, not nephews.

I would like to know if you have an office in the state of new jersey or nearby / I appreciate your answer in advance
