Came home late from out of town to a flooded brand new house after closing just 1 month prior. Called everyone from the builders team and could not get an answer. Immediately panicked and called my insurance agent. She recommended Servpro and told me to give them a call right away. Robert was so professional and kind to offer to come out right away or early the next morning since it was really late. I told them early the next morning was fine. Builder finally got back to me so I canceled on Servpro. They offered to sticome out just to check everything and assess the damage for free of charge. When their tech came out, he found other leak issues not connected to the flood. So grateful he found it so that it doesn’t become a problem down the line. Even though we didn’t use Servpro, Robert called later on in the evening to check on how we were being treated by the builders and even offered to come out again after the work is complete to make sure it’s done right at no charge. This company have went upon and beyond for a non paying referral. I can only imagine how they take care of their clients. You just don’t get this level of customer service or even humanity anymore. Especially at such a stressful time for someone with no experience with these types of incidents.
