Extremely nice and helpful. I brought in a TV to be diagnosed for $10 and was told how to protect my new TV. I had no clue to turn down the backlight in settings. Very helpful. Support this small business! Have them look at a broken TV for $10. You can't go wrong!

I have 2 55" TV's. 1 the power button doesn't work and the other the sound is going out at a low volume level if turned up it doesn't go out.
