I don't know what happened to you ... and I respect your criteria ... but believe me, I've been sending everything for my family in Cuba for years ... and I've never had bad attention. And much less has nothing been lost..for me..this is one of the best shipping agencies to Cuba..in all the United States..check out well..if the problem is not in Cuba..because they are here. .They are SUPER efficient..even..when there were no flights to Cuba due to COVID..they made shipments..and they all arrived without problem..THE delay..it is called..CUBA
