I’m so upset. My daughter is 100% disabled. Can’t walk. And I’ve called and called for help with her wheelchair. The people don’t care. The one that answered my call Alexis didn’t want to help after telling her my child’s Chris is falling alert. I don’t wanna recommend these people to anyone. She told me after weeks and b4 this issue it was 7 called b4 I got help. Alexis acted like she was doing me a favor for answering. I’m fine with this company. I’ll go some where else for my kids health care needs. She can’t move without her chair. Her wheelchair. And for them after I said I’ll bring it to you. They said. It could be days b4 they even look at it if I bring it. So we are at there beck and call for her mobility needs. This isn’t wright or fair. Don’t use these people. Please !!! I tryed to edit. But won’t let me. Don’t use these people is the message. Alexis there rep acted ugly and Entitled and I meant my daughters wheelchair is falling apart and they acted like even me making the effort to bring it in would be a burden to them and we are at their beck and call

I received a call from Colin about some issues I was having. He is a very nice and friendly person. He looked into my issues and he took care of all my issues with ABCO. I would recommend if you have issues with ABCO, to talk to him about it.

After several phone calls of trying to get my wifes mobility chair in working order,always promising to either replace it or repair it.Have not received any contact from Abco except the bill which is paid on time.My wife is on Hospice Care and really needs it. t
