I joined the 1822 Fitness Family a couple months ago. I said family because that’s how they make you feel every time from the beginning to the end of your training section. You can also feel they care about your progress and take pride of the results. I started the gym as recommended by my doctor because I refused to take meds for some health issues I was dealing with. A few months later, the health issues are gone, there is no need for prescription medication, and the wait loss / muscle gain is significant. The results were so quick and impressive that my wife who hated gyms, decided to join and is now in love with it. I totally recommend this place. Is much better than the average gym, you will definitely love the small groups (less that 12 people) which allows the trainers to provide a very personalized attention.

Looking for a place with a great atmosphere, professional coaches where you can have fun and get the results you are looking for? 1822 IS THAT PLACE!!! I've worked out with both Coach Jo and Coach Gabe. These two know how to keep the class fun, while pushing you to reach your fitness goals. I like the fact when I'm using the wrong form on an exercise, they'll walk over to me and explain not only how to correctly do the exercises, but why. They're both very knowledgeable, respectful and humble human beings. But don't take my word for it. Come down and check it out for yourselves.
