I'm not sure about that jcp specifically but the three in my area all have designated spots in parking lot closed to door. They are marked with signs saying curbside parking. I'd assume that's universal.

If you are referring to a photo area yes they do have a studio in the back near the bathrooms. If you are referring to a vision center no they dont have a place like that.
Yes. Pick up is straight back in the home department. There is usually someone at the counter or close by.
