Usually never a problem this time it was bad customer service with a smile so I don't know how to explain that well I guess that did a little. Wasting my time and the family members time shopping for almost 2 a half hours to get almost nothing I picked out because apparently it was mistake but everything that was reasonably priced and they gave but the mistake stuff that was too much of a good deal she didn't want to do it no one else had a problem it was just one woman never ended up even getting a 20% off the end total price that she said she was going to do smh as long as I've been going there and other locations of the same name it makes me not want to go to this particular one anymore really any.. Shame.
