My home needed a new electric panel after Hurricane Ida brought 6 ft of water into my basement. Steve was recommended to me by my next door neighbor. Steve scheduled me as soon as I called and was happy to work with my schedule. He is very polite; taking care to cover his shoes before entering my home. They were professional every step of the way! When I made the initial phone call I felt like I was talking to a family member! Andrew the technician is now an Honorary Lawrence family member!!! He is best technician that has ever walked in this house to do anything!! While working he thoroughly explained everything he did and why he was doing it and even while working gave us a full history lesson. We love Andrew!
