Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! I was answered by chat by Mr. Enri Mandili and asked some questions. I told him that I wouldn't be able to go in person because besides living in another city for while I didn't have the car I wanted to trade. The car was at another dealership waiting for a replacement part. Even so, he insisted on making an appointment so we could talk better and be able to do some rough calculations. So I took advantage of the Labor Day weekend holiday and booked my trip for Friday. On Saturday we confirmed everything by phone and on Sunday minutes before 11:00 am he sent me a message asking if I was already on my way because he was waiting for me. Arriving at the dealership I looked for him and to my surprise they told me that he wasn't there, that he didn't even go to work. They esked to me to speak with another guy. The sales man acted with the greatest naturalness as if this was a normal thing and after all he told me he couldn't do anything for me, simple as that. This dealership will never see the color of my money and I guarantee that all my family members who buy it there will never buy it again.
