Worst decision I’ve made opening an account with VCCU. I wanted to set up my account so that I could do external transfers from my VCCU account to my wellsfargo account and vice versa. It was so easy to set up on my Wells Fargo app. The VCCU app is a completely different story. I entered all my account info only to get a message two weeks later that I need to call a number to set up external transfers. I called and was told I needed to then email a copy of my wellsfargo bank statement to some random VCCU email and that it would take 1-2 days to process. 1 week goes by, nothing. Called again and was told the process actually takes 20-25 days. How ridiculous. I have bills to pay and there’s no easy way to transfer MY OWN money. Such a waste of time, I’ll be closing my account this week. Go elsewhere.

Hi Sandi, we offer Shred Events two times per year in April and October. Our next Shred Events will take place on Saturday, October 19th at our Ventura office and Saturday October 26th at our Thousand Oaks office. Both events will be from 9 am to 11:30 am.
