This place appears to be prejudiced and disrespectful to women. My wife called several other local repair shops... who quickly, kindly and immediately gave her "the estimated cost" over the phone. Then she called Multnomah Automotive... The manager refused to give her a quote by phone and instead, gave her the run-around, then insulted her by saying, "have your husband call me." Do not recommend.

All the folks down at Multnomah are extremely kind and friendly. I recently had my catalytic converter stolen which is fine as annoying as it has been loud. I worked primarily with Jason who spent extra time going through all the options with me and making sure I understood everything about the issue and the repairs. This excellent customer service translated both over the phone and in person. The service was exceptionally fast, and I was able to get an appointment right after calling. This was great in comparison to other body shops I called which couldn’t even look at the car until next week. Jason invited me into the store right away, but assured me that the repairs will be done in one day. Additionally Jason worked with me to ensure that my car remains up to California road standards. Definitely recommend the shop if a you’re looking for 1) friendly customer service, 2) be you want and affordable rate and 3) you need a speedy repair. Thanks guys!!
