I called the number, spoke to a rep who was to redirect me to a location. That did not happen. She either cut me off with no explanation or the redirect did not work. They wanted my email and I said no .. here is my phone number though. On the website I put in the information required for the duplicate key YES they can do it .. However in putting in multiple locate zip codes there is nowhere they can send me. Very confusing. Annoyed that they come up on a google search first and knock out all local places and cannot service at all. What are they doing?
