Definitely avoid this place for service. Took my 2011 Kia Soul in for a noise happening when the AC was running. They said they couldn’t replicate the sound and gave me back the car. The next day the car started smoking, so they told us to have it towed back and they’d look at it on Tuesday. Called Wednesday and they hadn’t looked at it. Fine, people get busy. Called Friday, still hadn’t looked at it. Car was just sitting there for 6 days. I needed it back. Spoke with Tim in service, told him I needed someone to look at it that day, he told me not to tell him what to do and hung up on me. So I went to get the keys and take it somewhere else where they won’t let it sit for 6 days. When I got the keys there must have been 3 or 4 people just sitting in the service area not working on cars. No wonder cars are sitting for days before being checked out. I get that shops get busy. I get that it’s hard to keep places staffed. All I would have needed was a phone call just telling me that they got backed up, staffing shortage, whatever, and I wouldn’t have even called. But they didn’t do that. Just left me high and dry without any indication on when I’d get my car back. Very disappointed because I saw a lot of decent reviews.

Very unprofessional, Spoke with Bam from the dealership and was very unprofessional because I didn't end up liking any of the vehicles he showed me. Would never purchase a vehicle from them.

10 STAR TREATMENT. Any issues with your vehicle take your car here and ask for Will. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and very friendly. I took my vehicle here for an oil change and was also worried a little about the vehicle in general and everything was checked out for safety. Will provided feedback , answered all of my questions. I love this dealership. The service team is amazing.
