I bought a brand new Kia K5 and Clang was awesome the whole time! From setting up my appointment over the phone, to coming in the next day, to purchasing the car. Clang was a great help and made me feel good about my purchase!

I had THE BEST car buying experience here!!! The minuet I walked on the property I felt welcomed and comfortable, no hassle or pressure. Thank you so much to Cleng for helping us!! She was by far the best person to work with. Very easy to talk to and she knew what she was talking about whenever I had a question! Go to value Kia and go to Cleng seriously!!!

Price of repairs is ridiculous. Labor cost more than the repair

Value Kia sales stated they could not talk numbers over the phone when I asked if they had a vehicle in stock. I stated I was driving nearly an hour and did not want to waste my time. They said I had to come to the location for any information, when I arrived they had a 50% (16k) “market value” mark up on the vehicle that they had several of in stock. The sales associate said we’ve had multiple people drive from far to see these and leave. When asked if they thought that’s something they should tell people about before telling them to make the trip there was no response. Waste of time and gas that is completely avoidable.

I went over there also with ok credit, I was going to trade in my car they were going to give me $6,500 for my car and on top of that they needed me to put a $5,000 down payment for a $25,000 car. so because I have ok credit they wanted me to put a total of $11,500 just for a $25,000 car. I suggest you speak to somebody before you go over there and not waste your time cause online they told me they can help me but they never told me that I had to put down $5,000 plus the amount of my trade in. Hope this helps
Yes you can
Dear Beatrice. Absolutely! You can use your Focus for a down payment.
With a 530 credit score you will not qualify for the 0 down program. You need like a 640 and higher score to qualify. If your DTI is not that high and you don't have too much debt such as credit cards or student loans you may qualify with a down payment of at least $1000 but be prepared for high interest (18% and higher) and a car note around $400 to $500 monthly. I suggest you get your score over 600 before you apply. You can do that by obtaining a credit card or join a credit union and get a signature loan starting at about $500. Pay that $500 back in a month and do it again for about 4 months. You score will go up 25 to 50 points each time you pay it off. But wait until the loan show on your credit report before you pay it off which takes about 30 days. Do that along with paying all the bills that are on your credit report in full and in time and you can have the score you need in about 90 to 120 days. You must be patient & disciplined to get where you want to be!
You have to own your vehicle for the trade value kia needs the title so they can trade for the upgrade but your credit score is fine for that and as long as you have the income
Probably not. I have poor credit and my trade in wasn't worth more than a few hundred but my down payment was only $400.
Good place to trade. I traded in 06 and drove off with 2019 Sorrento
Suret they will.work with your budget to get u in a kia. Tip I traded in my 2018Kia lx Sorento with convenience pkg .it only has 27k on it. All black 3 row seating . Just traded it last week. To value kia ... right in your price range. Hurry
How much was you selling it for. I'm badly in the need of a car
Dear Wahdeeah It’s really simple. You pick out the exact car you want, and we’ll make it fit your budget. You will get Value plus up to $6500 in trade for your current car.
Dear Denise. We do have programs with zero dollars down.
Dear Lojik. We work zero down loans all the time. Most important thing is that you have income to substantiate the loan amount.
That's a specific qauestion, you're gonna have to ask them directly. But they will work with you. They did with me.
I believe it depends on how much you owe.
I don't see why not. I have to make an appointment myself.
I don't know that depends on how much they give for your trade in and how much you owe if any on your present vehicle
Yes you can get a new Car note.. . but you will still be responsible for the previous $7,000 that you owe, they will buy your car but it won't be for what you pay for it. They will give you an appraisal and they'll pay you what they think the car is worth. The remaining balance will be your responsibility thru self or financing the car. But as far as your old previous bill they may say they will but it will still reflect on your credit report from your previous financing company... So I personally would ask the company your financing with now if you do who is responsible!!! For the existing bill be straight up because they won't.
Anastasia. We do not. We have all MSRP's listed on our website.
Value Kia will get you in a new car... period! The staff is kind and friendly, they're like family, a very pleasant experience indeed...
I believe you would be better off dealing with the original seller to negotiate a return. Be careful with auto purchases, like Thunder said you risk going into debt with the money you still owe on your 2016. Also, Google maps is not the ideal place for this type of inquiry. Good luck!
Mine ranges from 505 - 514 . . . Can I find a place or does this place help people with that credit score?
Work on your credit first before you go. If you own a car outright hold on and pay down your debt so you can get a better deal with a lower interest rate
Depends on your credit
I had a very bad experience at Value Kia. Make sure that you buy a new car and not a used car. I live 15 minutes away from Value Kia and when I got home the car was overheating I had bought a Jeep from them, they said that I have a bumper to bumper warranty if anything is wrong. When I went to bring it to them to have their mechanics do the bumper to bumper warranty they told me that they could not do it only the Jeep dealership could do it. Mind you they did not tell me this at the time of purchase. I also had a trade in they told me it was worth 7000 they gave me a price and pretty much this 7000 was never taken off. So make sure you get a price before you tell them you have a trade in
Worth trying
Dear Mary. Absolutely! Please ask for Alan.
Since your credit is okish try to have something for a down payment wether you own it out right or if you're making payments It helps Value Kia is the best place for a trade in Go for it Remember pray and believe
We put $1000 down traded in 2004 car and used same plates drove out same day. Did pay more insurance on full coverage when I went to insurance company next day.
I am happy with the deal i recd $6500 trade on a 2006 chevy for a 2019 kia rhey make it happen fir real
Hello. You can absolutely still get a car. The most important thing at Value Kia is steady income. As long as you have steady income, your application is guaranteed to be accepted.
They suck and don't stand by their advertisements GO TO CARMAX!!
Sylvia it doesn't matter how many miles your car has on it, it's a trade. It can get towed in, and it's still good. Go there I'm sure you'll be well taken care of. Ask for Nate
Yes
Dear Darryl. Absolutely! You can trade your vehicle at any point. We are currently running Value Plus.$6500. We are located in the Philadelphia Airport Auto Mall. 6915 Essington Avenue Philadelphia PA 19153. We are open 9am-9pm Monday through Friday and 9am-7pm Saturday. Please come in at your earliest convenience.
Go and check it out!!! I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would ever walk into a dealership and drive out with a car.
With a fat down payment yes
Yes I agree with the answers given.
Did u ever have a title
Yes it does now go out there. They want to see yeah in a Kia
Yes you should be able to do that.
Dear Pamela. Yes you can trade in your 2009 Sorento. Even with a balance owed. We will appraise the car, and add up to $6500 to the value. You can use the money for any vehicle in inventory. New or pre owned.
Yes great
Trust me, clear your car out, because you'll drive off in a new car
Dear Tony. We are currently running a special. $199 down plus your taxes and tags down. with that said, we do work with our customers.
Dear Joseph. A business or individual can buy as many cars as they want. However, they would have to qualify for each.
Dear Alan We are currently running a special. Just $199 and taxes & tags down. We can certainly secure an approval for someone with no prior car loan or credit cards. Income is most important.
Dear Tyra. You have to get a new or pre owned car.
Dear Gwen. If you have a loan on your current car that is substantially higher than the value, it would be possible to trade the car with the inequity balance as down payment. $2500/mo is enough income to qualify for a car loan.
I guess but if you need to make payments you will need proof of income.
That's correct Walter, and be patient with them they're good at helping you get a car it may take time while you're there
Dear Galen. You can buy a car without a valid drivers license in the state of Pennsylvania.. You do need a valid state issued ID.
Dear Ge Ge. Your credit has no bearing on the trade in program. Your trade qualities regardless of past credit.
With a cosigner, anything's possible
I would try Cherry Hill too.
