Employees in the front have always been friendly.The pharmacy has been quick with medications but they definitely can be rude! Do not ask them more then 2 questions because they will cut you off and hang up on you.Not a nice feeling.

We would have our prescriptions filled here and always had a great experience. The pharmacy staff was always polite and helpful. Now that we've moved an hour away I realized how great these people really were!

I was really put off by asking Emily about the covid vaccine. She referred me the the website and was very short and unwilling to help . I felt I was putting her out by asking her a question . I won't go to the elyria store for anything anymore.

This CVS is the dirtiest CVS I have been in. The pharmacy is very slow and very rude. The store is also pricier than Walgreens or drugmart for regular items like band aides, soaps, ibuprofen etc..
