I bought a stove and refrigerator from this company. Robert was willing to work with me from the very beginning! I was moving and purchased them about 10 days before the move and had nowhere to store the items. He stored them for me at no cost even though this goes against his policy. I appreciate the gesture as these were the appliances I really wanted! Had I left and came back they may have been gone. Since the move my life has been a disaster and Robert has gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests wether big or small and has responded to every message I have sent. I had to throw out all of the food in the refrigerator due to faulty electric outlets in the house ((no fault of the refrigerator, the unit is functioning perfectly)) Robert was kind enough to issue a food credit even though it was no fault of his. The delivery and set up was professional. They were even early! 😃 This is a company who genuinely cares about the people they serve and stand behind their product!! That combined with superior customer service is hard to find these days. I have already referred two people to The Plug and will continue to do so! I'll definitely be back! A HUGE Thank you to Robert and The Plug Team! 💪

What a gem of a store! My 30+ year old dryer suddenly quit - no complaints there, I bought it used for $60 - but I'm on a limited income and don't need anything fancy. I did a Google search and found The Plug. Found an awesome scratch and dent dryer that fits my needs and budget. The prices and delivery fees are reasonable. The customer service was superior (thank you, Darius)! I'm beyond pleased. If you're on a budget or prefer not to spend exorbitant prices on appliances, you might want to check out The Plug. They have a website, too, so you can see some of the items currently in stock before you go.

Absolutely in love!!! Great prices, tons of appliances, wonderful staff. New washer, dryer, and glass top stove for less then $1000.00 out the door. They do pick-ups and deliveries. Highly recommend coming if your in need of any appliances, or even just come to look around! Will definitely be coming back!!!!!!!!! Thank u guys
