I lived at bridgeview for 3 years and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was kind from tenants to workers and it is in a perfect location. Highly recommend for young professionals in downtown Cleveland

I have lived at Bridgeview for over a year now and they are amazing to me. On top of the wonderful views and wonderful staff there are clubs food and entertainment around us for days! And don’t get me started on the roof top view! If you’re looking for a great place to stay with unique open floor plans downtown Bridgeview is all you need.

It is certainly not worth the money for a "luxury" apartment at luxury prices. Hallways are dirty, and the building is noisy. I live near the side entrance, and the door slams shut every time a person enters or exits the building. I knew there would be some noise from the door. However, it's so violent and rattles my furniture and my door coming into the apartment 40 feet away. I am awakened at all hours of the night by the slamming. Management does not care and offers no solutions, only excuses. I have lived here for 3 months and can not wait until my lease is up to have a good night's sleep. In response to the reply - I have lived in Shanghai (pop 26 million), San Francisco (pop 874,000) and Boston (pop 675,000 ) over the course of 20 years. I am a seasoned urban/city dweller. This is not that issue. Update- the door is finally fixed and I’m living in peace! Thank you for fixing!

So thankful to have moved out of here. New management is a flat out disgrace. Maintenance does absolutely nothing to fix anything, and since everything is a cheap mess, nothing ever works. If you're thinking of living downtown, look at the Bingham, Archer, or Worthington. Nothing but amazing things coming from friends that live there.
