Ordered online pizza 9:40P Sat. 6/11 with 40-50 min delivery estimate. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED BY POSTMATES + NO CALL FROM STORE NOTIFYING US WHY! Sun. 6/12 contacted store E182 Euclid Ave. refund $23.82 to my card if not I will contact my bank to stop payment!

Ordered through door dash and after Pizza Hut confirmed my order and hour later the door dasher claims that the store lost our order and we would have to reorder! Even though our order was confirmed and our card was charged $60. Sounded like a scam so we cancelled the order and the store never gave us a refund!!!! Had to contact door dash for a credit

Just got up here to return a pizza. It was like someone poured grease in the bottom of the box and then sat this ill shaped pizza on top. The dough was soaked in it. One of the nastiest things I've ever seen. I call to complain and they say they can remake it or give me a ten dollar credit. Don't know if anyone is paying attention but gas high as hell so compensation for the price of the pizza isn't enough because now I had to waste gas and time driving to get the replacement pizza. It's always an issue at this location and the woman had an attitude to with me!! Didn't even hand the pizza to me just left it sitting on the inside counter and said here you go.. I literally had to reach into this little window and grab it.. I said you could have handed it to me and she just walked away. Throw the whole location away!!!!!

So delicious! I recieved an Email coupon and ordered online $15.99 special Cheesy Crust Pizza. Limit time. Looked like the picture. Thank you Euclid- Green Pizza Hut you Rock! My how things have changed today I ordered online to use my rewards points. I ordered a large pepperoni lovers stuffed crust I get to the store and it's a large cheese pizza instead and they tell me it's what I ordered. This was the first time my free pizza wasn't even on the receipt. If they changed the rules I can respect that but to lie and say I order wrong. If I ever ordered again I will use screenshots ... Liers!!!!!😔😕🙁
