I'm currently waiting an hour and ten minutes for an all white 12 piece chicken and jojos... I ordered through door dash and it's said it will arrive in 1 minute for at least 40 minutes. I called to see what was going on and the girl that answered the phone acted like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. Then all she said was "yahhh.. it hasn't left yet..." Then hung up on me. Didn't offer me any information about an E.T.A. or anything. The time keeps wracking up... There's not even a way to cancel the order. I'm at a loss. Update: my order finally showed up after about an hour and a half and by the looks of things they filled the box to the top for my wait. That being said communication would have been key.

Good food, decent variety, some images in menu need updated/fix, be nice if prices were cheaper but overall a good place for eats, UPDATE, bring back ordering online, my app is now useless cause Canal Fulton OH shop no longer accepts orders online through their app, also drivers need to stop placing food on the ground were bugs can get to it when delivering and no one comes to the door right away, if they even try to contact ppl (my doorbell doesn't work), drivers should call customers and say i'm here with your order.

Not only have the prices gone up ridiculously but now they're charging a $3 "service fee" if you pay with a card, No matter the order amount.. It's not the customers job to pay for YOUR business arrangement with the credit card companies.
