Tried getting in contact with Public Defender Jaime Moscara & the lady just send me to an answering machine, i hate that they put miserable people in charge of thing's that are so important.

Lady’s and gentlemen I can’t stress it but this is a PD office that will give more headaches then needed. Some of these Public defenders do not know what they are doing these young ladies work at there own place and when it is time for court they tell you/the judge they need a Calendar call hearing. Next thing you know their promoted to a different department so they no longer work with your case now you have a different PD and the process is even longer. I ask you young ones if a PD says doing the adjudication withheld process instead of going to TRIAL “will be easier “ do your research, some of these Lazy PD want to set you up for Failure don’t plead guilty to nothing you did not do at the end of the day the victim can say you did 10 times the things and you’ll be paying more money for everything .

Unfortunately needed help with a Domestic Situation that caused me undue worry and problems as the courts are not concerned with Speedy Trial rights due to COVID-19. My Public Defender Frank Vasconselos was smart, listening and not making any promises except he would do his best. He has come through with shining armor and has had my back the whole time beginning to now. I’m hoping all have had a similar experience. Thanks Frank.

Never called back. Tried setting up meetings and they never answered. Left messages and didn't get a response back.

Yes, Matthew Coughlan
Call their number. It's an option in the menu
If your stepson writes or calls his attorney to let her know it is okay to speak to you about case details, they can. Court date information is available from the clerk of court by calling them, and the clerk can also give you information on the current bond amount. You are always able to call the PD office but the information given will be limited to what is public record until they have your stepson's authorization to the attorney.
Yes, they do.
