They are always messing up orders you sit for over a half an hour waiting for food.. they just slap everything together.. fries are always cold

We went in the drive thru at 2:09 pm today for 2 strawberry & creme pies. We were in a rush as we had a time crunch due to needing to head to work. Ordering was easy, receiving the pies was easy. However by the time we went down the road and went to go and take a bite we noticed… This are apple pies. Not strawberry and creme. We cannot correct this mistake because we do not have the time. Drive thru is supposed to be quick for a reason! Its fast food! Imagine if someone has an apple allergy, like come on… I’m mainly baffled that we got it incorrect when it’s literally only 2 pies.. We didn’t ask for anything else. Check before you hand your customers food, please.

My husband ordered sugar free French vanilla iced coffees (2) for me at the drive thru and brought them home, only to discover they were iced coffees, not French vanilla iced coffees. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.
