They were so busy that they couldn't answer the phone and bring me out my pizza. That was a little disappointing. And the pizza was a little bit skimpy on some of the toppings. But it did have great taste

This restaurant is right in town in Ottawa, OH. Have earthen there many times. Tried to get delivery today for a LARGE order and apparently I'm 3 houses outside their "delivery zone"!! Absolutely ridiculous!! They didn't even want to try to figure out how to keep my business! There are 2 other pizza places in Ottawa that deliver here.....so I guess I'll just pay my money elsewhere. Do not recommend this place to anyone! Super frustrated and disgusted.

My husband ordered a pizza for delivery. He waited 30 minutes past the time it was suppose to be delivered before calling to check on it. The manager told him that the pizza was there and they had no driver. Never once did they try to get ahold of him to tell him this. When he asked how he was going to the the pizza she said you can come get it in a snotty tone. He ordered delivery because I was not home and he couldn't take our sick kids out to get food. I understand being short staffed but don't you think you should call and let the customer know? And you for sure shouldn't have an attitude about the problem that was no fault of the customers.
