My husband brought his bow to this shop 1 week before hunting season started this year to have a string replaced. He was assured that string would be ordered and that they would give him a call. Week after week went by without as much of a phone call or any information when my husband would call them. After 12 weeks and missing the entire hunting season, my husband went back and picked up his bow. The string was never replaced, and after much patience on our part, this was the worst customer service we have experienced. The owner made up excuse after excuse rather than apologizing and admitting he was never able to either get this string or do this job. We would never recommend this place to any of our outdoor loving friends.
