My wife and I had an appointment today with Anthony M. the Branch Manager at Minnetonka and he was outstanding. I have open 30 plus accounts in my life and have met with bankers for over 30 years and today was by far the best experience I have ever had with a banker. He listened, made great recommendations and was very professional. Thank you Anthony for the great service today.

Wish I could talk with a banker. Thank you to the CSS that show up and do their best at answering what they can. But the ones that can get into the accounts and take care of something are hard to reach at this time. The rest of Wells Fargo is good, as always, but the banker end of things is just messed up.

Let’s see where do i start.. last year went into the branch told them I had fraud on a account. They didn’t close it, but said that if we just reissue check numbers it will be fine. That did not work. 1800 more was missing out of my account. I forgave we then closed it, but this time I wont. I went in in December to get statements from that year since it was closed. The banker there did that, but then this happened. He told me my credit card wasn’t set up right. I was like Ok I’ll switch it to get miles and points correct. He never did. He also was to have processed a business loan he never did. FYI. They fraudently opened a savings account. Wells Fargo —— I am done.
