I love The Cheesecake Factory! So this day I had steak tips from the Skinnylicious menu. Really good with a madeira sauce. It made for a filling and satisfying lunch. I love everything I've ever had here and the menu goes on for days. It all sounds good. I had the coconut cheese cake and it tastes just like a Mounds candy bar. It's good for three or more fridge raids. I also like the Tex-Mex egg rolls and the brown bread in the bread basket.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday with a surprise dinner so we arrived a little later than the main group. We got there around 7:30pm, the group already had drinks and appetizers. It ended up being a two hour meal but the service was excellent. Jackie took very good care of us. The food was pretty good too. I had the chicken taquitos for the appetizer and the salsa verde is good enough to eat by itself. I had the cauliflower tacos for the main meal and they were amazing. The black beans are the best I've had at any restaurant. I brought a piece of key lime cheesecake home for dessert which was good as well. I don't normally go to national food chains because the food is usually forgetible but I would go back for sure.

I have been to this location many times. It is a hit or miss with the food sometimes. The wait staff have been nice every time I have dined in. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Only knock is one time I was in the bathroom during a past visit and saw a employee in a chef coat finishing dropping a load in the bathroom and attempting to leave without washing his hands. The food is always always big portions, enough to take home and have leftovers or bring to work the next day. Sometimes the food is seasoned beautifully, sometimes it’s under seasoned. This last visit the pasta dishes for everyone at our table were very very salty (probably just old water). We told the waiter and he went and told them to change the water, the was the only solution he had for our salty meals. The dish would have been wonderful if not for that. The lemon raspberry cheesecake was a nice midnight snack later that night. Aside from the meal the waiter kept reaching over me to get drinks or plates without saying excuse me it was very frustrating. Other than that he was a good server. Overall it has been a nice date night for me in the past or dinner with friends you just have to hope you go when the cooks are on their A game.

Policy from the website: Sorry! We unfortunately do not take reservations for dining during peak times such as evenings, weekends or holidays. When it is not a busy holiday or special event season, many restaurants gladly accept a few large party reservations for off-peak dining. Large parties can reserve for an early lunch immediately after we open (11 or 11:30AM) or for dining during quieter times such as weekday afternoons (3 - 5PM) or after 9PM. Guests joining us for dinner or on the weekends, are seated in order of arrival based on party size. You're always welcome to call your local restaurant and speak to a manager. He or she will be happy to guide you to the best times to dine at your local restaurant!

I found them to be pretty good. There is spacing between the tables and the servers wear masks and keep back from the table. No physical menus - you get them on your phone. There is hand sanitizer available for customers too.
