Thiago Richen has been such a big help since first moving in! He is always on top of everything, gets things done swiftly and diligently, and is extremely helpful with all questions/concerns/or issues i've had since living here; even with all the community upgrades going on. Ended up renewing again all thanks to his help. Definitely recommend this neighborhood & if you ever have questions, I absolutely recommend asking for Thiago! He will make sure that you are well taken care of. He is a great asset for this company & beautiful community.

BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! This place is disgusting and managemt as well corporate management does not respond. The onsite manager stays behind a closed door. He does not answer emails or return phone calls. I just moved in and will be leaving this run down ghetto ASAP. Mold, rot, leaks, unusable toilets are the norm. Buildings are not secure and neither is the entire property. This is one disgusting place. I will be pursuing legal action!!!
